Cheesecake recipe , ### Ingredients: - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 24 oz cream cheese, softened - 1 cup sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 4 large eggs - 1 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour - Pinch of salt ### Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9 to inch springform pan. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool. 3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
