Ingredients:
4 thin slices of beef (top round or flank, approximately ¼ inch thick)
4 tsp mustard (preferably German mustard)
4 slices of bacon
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2-3 pickles, sliced into strips
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)

Prepare the beef:
