Thai Iced Tea Recipe
Thai Iced Tea Ingredients: 4 cups water 1/2 cup Thai tea mix (available at Asian grocery stores or online) 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste) 1/2 cup evaporated milk or half-and-half Ice cubes Instructions: Brew Thai Tea: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the Thai tea mix to the hot water. Stir well to combine. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the Tea: After steeping, strain the tea mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a heatproof pitcher or bowl. This will remove the tea leaves and any sediment. Sweeten the Tea: While the tea is still hot, stir in the granulated sugar until completely dissolved. Adjust the sweetness to your taste preferences. Let the sweetened tea cool to room temperature. Chill the Tea: Once cooled, refrigerate the tea until well chilled, about 1-2 hours or longer.
