Ingredients:
🍤 8 large shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
🥒 1 carrot, julienned
🥬 1 cup shredded lettuce
🌿 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
🌿 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
🍜 8 rice paper wrappers
🥜 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (for dipping)
🥜 1/4 cup peanut sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
1. Prepare all your ingredients and arrange them in a workstation for easy assembly.
2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 5-10 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
