1 ripe banana π
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) π₯
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt π¦
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey π―
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon π
1/4 tsp ground ginger πΏ
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg π°
Pinch of ground cloves (optional) π
Ice cubes π§

Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, ripe banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves (if using) πππ₯π―π.
