Sous Vide Steak
Cooking steak sous vide ensures a perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender piece of meat every time.
Ingredients:
2 ribeye or strip steaks (1 to 1.5 inches thick)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
2 tablespoons butter (for finishing)
Optional: Olive oil, for searing
Equipment:
Sous vide precision cooker
Vacuum sealer or resealable plastic bags
Large pot or container for water bath
Heavy skillet (cast iron preferred)
