Ingredients
1 lb pork belly or pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, quartered
2 tomatoes, quartered
5 cups water
1 packet tamarind soup mix (or 1 cup fresh tamarind pulp)
1 daikon radish, sliced
2-3 taro roots, peeled and quartered
1 bunch of water spinach (kangkong) or spinach
10-15 okra, ends trimmed
2-3 long green chili peppers
2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
Salt and pepper to taste
