Ingredients
1 pound fresh salmon, skinless and boneless
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon into chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red onion, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
