Ingredients:
1 lb fresh okra, washed and stems trimmed
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups water
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon dill seeds (or 1 sprig fresh dill)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
4-6 whole black peppercorns
Instructions:
