No-Knead Rustic Bread Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water (about 110°F) Instructions: Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and instant yeast. Add the lukewarm water and stir with a wooden spoon or your hands until a shaggy dough forms. The dough will be sticky and rough-looking. First Rise: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours. During this time, the dough will rise and develop gluten structure without kneading. Shape the Dough: After the first rise, the dough will be very sticky and bubbly. Lightly flour a work surface and your hands. Gently shape the dough into a ball by folding the edges towards the center, forming a smooth surface on top. Second Rise: Place the dough seam-side down on a piece of parchment paper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rise for 1-2 hours, until it doubles in size. Preheat the Oven: About 30 minutes before the dough is ready, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven or heavy oven-safe pot with a lid in the oven as it preheats.
