Ingredients 🛒
Waffle Batter:
2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾
1 tbsp baking powder 🍰
1/2 tsp baking soda 🥄
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
2 tbsp granulated sugar 🍚
2 large eggs 🥚
1 3/4 cups buttermilk 🥛
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled 🧈
1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
Add-ins:
6-8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped 🥓
1/2 cup maple syrup 🍁 (plus extra for serving)
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 🌰
