Keto Chicken Skillet with Mushrooms & Parmesan

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons avocado oil
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
