Huckleberry Cake (Vegan)

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar

¼ tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen huckleberries (if using frozen, do not thaw)
