Place the white rice and blanched almonds in a large bowl and cover them with water. Let them soak together for at least 6 hours or overnight. 2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 5. Place a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a large bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through it, straining out any solids.
