Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 lemon, peeled
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 cup water (optional, for desired consistency)
How to Cook
Prepare the Ingredients: Wash all the fresh produce thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and ginger. Core the apple and chop all ingredients into pieces that will easily fit into your juicer.
Juice the Ingredients: Start by adding the spinach leaves to your juicer, followed by the cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon, and ginger. If your juicer has different settings, use the one recommended for leafy greens and harder fruits/vegetables to ensure maximum extraction.
