# Fogo de Chão Menu ## History Fogo de Chão, an authentic Brazilian steakhouse, was founded in 1979 in Porto Alegre, Brazil, by brothers Arri and Jair Coser. The restaurant introduced the traditional Southern Brazilian churrasco dining experience to the world, where gaucho chefs expertly grill meats over an open flame.
