Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken broth (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: chopped fresh cilantro, sesame oil, sliced mushrooms, diced tofu, cooked shrimp, or cooked chicken
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat. You can use homemade chicken broth or store-bought broth, whichever you prefer.
