🥚 6 large eggs
🥄 1/4 cup mayonnaise
🥄 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
🥄 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with water, ensuring they're submerged by at least an inch.
2️⃣ Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan with a lid and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes.
