Instructions
Prepare the Donut Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, ¾ cup granulated sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt.
In a separate bowl, beat 2 large eggs and mix in ½ cup milk and ¼ cup melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fill a donut pan with the batter, about ¾ full, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Make the White Chocolate Glaze:
Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate with 2 tbsp of heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Allow the glaze to cool slightly before using.
Assemble the Donuts:
Once the donuts have cooled, dip the tops into the white chocolate glaze, allowing any excess to drip off.
