Introduction

Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 small head of cabbage or 3 cups of chopped kale
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
Boil the Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
