π³ Classic Eggs Benedict π₯π³ Ingredients π Hollandaise Sauce: 3 large egg yolks π₯π₯π₯ 1 tbsp lemon juice π 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted π§ Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) πΆοΈ Salt and pepper to taste π§ Eggs Benedict: 4 English muffins, split and toasted π 8 slices Canadian bacon or ham π₯ 8 large eggs π₯ Fresh chives or parsley, chopped for garnish πΏ Instructions π Prepare Hollandaise Sauce: In a heatproof bowl, whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice π₯π. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler), making sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl.
