Ingredients:

500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
250g (1 cup) cold butter, cubed
1 tsp salt
150ml (⅔ cup) cold water

300g (10 oz) beef skirt or chuck, diced into small cubes
1 large potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small turnip (or rutabaga), peeled and diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
