Ingredients:
1 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves (or 2 tablespoons dried oregano)
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 small red chili pepper, seeded (or 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
