Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients: 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped 3-4 cloves garlic, minced 1 shallot, finely chopped (optional) 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano) 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Prepare the Herbs: Finely chop the parsley and cilantro leaves.
