Carnivore Kimbap Recipe
Introduction: Kimbap, a popular Korean dish, typically features rice, vegetables, and protein wrapped in seaweed. However, this carnivore version focuses solely on meat and eggs, making it suitable for those following a carnivore diet. This recipe is simple, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine, while still providing a satisfying and protein-rich meal.
Ingredients:
1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 sheets of nori (seaweed)
Soy sauce or tamari for dipping (optional, check for low-carb options)
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef:
Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil if using.
Cook the beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness level. For rare, cook 1-2 minutes per side; for medium, cook 3 minutes per side; and for well-done, cook 4-5 minutes per side.
