Ingredients:
🍖 3-4 pounds beef, chicken, or pork bones (mix of marrow bones, knuckles, and/or neck bones)
🥕 2 large carrots, chopped
🧅 2 celery stalks, chopped
🧄 1 onion, quartered
🍅 2 garlic cloves, smashed
🌿 2 bay leaves
🥄 1 tablespoon whole peppercorns
💧 Water, enough to cover the bones and vegetables
🧂 Salt, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
