- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk (plus more for brushing)
- Optional: melted butter for brushing the tops
Instructions:
