Ingredients:
4 haddock fillets (about 6 ounces each)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or use fresh thyme)
1 teaspoon dried dill (or use fresh dill)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)
