Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl
Ingredients:
1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce (use low-sodium if preferred)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced or diced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup pickled ginger, for serving (optional)
1/4 cup sliced radishes, for serving (optional)
2 cups cooked sushi rice or brown rice
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Nori strips or seaweed salad, for garnish (optional)
