2-Ingredient Watermelon Sherbet
Ingredients:
4 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Prepare the Watermelon: Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. Place the cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
Blend the Sherbet: In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
Serve or Freeze: Once blended, the sherbet can be served immediately for a soft-serve texture. For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.
Serve: Scoop the sherbet into bowls or cones and enjoy! Garnish with fresh mint or a squeeze of lime juice if desired.
Tips:
Texture Adjustment: If the sherbet is too thick, add a bit more sweetened condensed milk. If it's too thin, freeze for a longer period.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Allow to soften slightly at room temperature before serving if it becomes too hard.
