Can I GUESS the Flags BLIND?

Today, I am finally collabing with fellow geography YouTuber, Drew Durnall

Drew will be presented with 30 flags, which he then has to describe to me

I will then have 30 seconds to guess which country's flag he is currently describing

while I can't see any of the flags. If you'd like to play along and try and beat my score

every single flag will be contained within this little square. So to play along, all you need to do is just cover your screen with your finger or whatever

All right, let's get straight into guessing some flags. Drew, I'm clicking the button right now

Describe the flag, please. Go. I'm already so scared. Okay, it is red, white, and blue

I can't describe the geography of the country, right? No, no, just the visuals

It is stripes. It's kind of one of those triangle things. On the left

On the left, yes, that's right, there you go. That triangle is red. There's also a star in that triangle

So Jordan, is it Jordan? Nope. What color are the stripes? Blue, white, blue, white, blue

Is it Cuba? Yep, that's right, that's right, that's right. Yeah, you got it. That was just in time

You said Cuba, and then I heard that. That's one. That's one out of 30

That was actually incredible. I did not think you were going to get that one. Next one. Go, go, go, go, go

Okay, we have green, yellow, black. Now imagine two triangles. Yeah, triangles on both sides

Oh my god. And then it's similar to the Scottish flag in a way. Jamaica

Yes, Jamaica. Bam. Easy. Time to spare. Time to spare. How did you get that so fast

Scotland and then not Scotland. Colors, green and yellow. Perfect. Next one. Next one

Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Okay. I don't even know how to describe this one. It's mostly blue. There's a giant like sun in the top left hand corner. It looks like a sun or a star

Kazakhstan no, so that Sun is like white And then it's mostly a dark blue flag with like two stripes running from like corner to corner almost and those stripes one is white and one is orange

I don't know Namibia That is the Marshall Islands That's the third one in right. Let's hope they're not in difficulty order cuz I'm in a bit of trouble in that case

Nice and easy horizontal tricolor. We start with red, white, and green

Red, white, green. So, Italy. Nope, horizontal, horizontal tricolor. So it's like, hungry

Yes, hungry, that's right. Woo, there we go. It sounds easy, but there's so many tricolor flags that when you can't just look at it in front of you, that's when it's difficult

And I honestly didn't even know what else to describe. I mean, that's it. Alright, go, go, go. Okay, there's a lion holding a sword. That's the most recognizable part of this

Uh, it's also... Oh, Sri Lanka! Yes, bam, Sri Lanka. Yeah, there we go

Too easy, that one. There was a lot to describe with that one, but I'm just like, let's just go with the big stuff

It's weird. Obviously, when I'm not looking at it, I was thinking of, like, the England Court of Arms

the British Court of Arms with the big fancy lion and stuff, but then that's nothing like the Sri Lankan flag

I'm clicking go. Okay, so this one is normally referred to as Xbox Land

It very similar to an Xbox icon Red background with like a giant sun kyrgyzstan kyrgyzstan yep too easy dang right are you ready for the next one i ready go go go go nice and easy giant plus sign

it's gonna be hard i am yeah go okay it is a okay uh imagine a triangle but uh the it's it's upside

down, uh, and we have, oh my goodness, it's a sun setting over the ocean. Antigran, Antigran

yeah, there it is. How? How did you get that? Yeah, flag boy

That is the most incredible thing. I did not think you could get that. It was your upside down triangle. It just put the right image into my hand

Oh, wow. I'm ready for the next one. Okay, it is a, there's two

colors. The top, a horizontal, is a white strip. The bottom is a blue strip

Then in the middle is a coat of arms. Liberitas, uh, at the bottom

Oh, is it, uh, is it San Marino? Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Yeah. Woo

I was like, how am I going to describe this one? Yeah, that's tricky. That's very tricky

Yeah, I was just hoping you'd get the Latin at the bottom, and I'm like, okay. See, we're both good at this, because obviously I'd be lost with how you drew

Okay, I'm ready. Okay, so we have, uh, it's a red strip, a blue strip, and then back to a red

What, is that top to the bottom? That is top to bottom, yep. Red, blue, red

It's a horizontal tricolor, but there's a coat of arms in the middle. It's giant. It's one of the only flags with feet on them

You can actually see feet. There are two men on the flag. One is holding an axe, one is holding

Is it Belize? Yes, yes it is! Yes it is! I honestly do not know how you're getting these

This is like the most amazing thing. Your two men one. I'm not sure I can think of any of the national flags that have got two men on like that

And feet! And feet! Yeah, you were specific about the feet. Okay, next one please

Okay, so it's a horizontal tricolor, but probably not the area that you're thinking

It's green, white, green. Actually, vertical- I'm sorry, vertical tricolor. Green, white, green

So is it just Nigeria then? Yes, yes, that's right. That was 15 seconds. That was good

This one should be easy. Union Jack in the corner. And we have red stars

And we have red stars, not white. New Zealand, please. That's right. We're just flying through them

I know. This is crazy. And go. Okay, we have five colors

And it's not in a tricolor formation. It goes into like... No, it goes into like the rays of a sun

And the colors are blue, yellow, red, white, green. Again, it's not tricolor, but it looks like they're like horizontal..

How do you describe this? Oh, God. Like, imagine all the colors starting in the bottom left hand

See the shells! Corner of the flag? Yeah, that's right, that's right, that's right. One of my favorite flags. That's

It would have been a nightmare if I got that wrong. Yes, it is a beautiful one. It's just doing its own thing and that's what I like about it

Uh, go! Okay, this one, very easy. It's a tricolor with a trident in the middle

Oh my god. Oh my god, nothing is coming to me. The trident is black, also the colors behind the tricolor

it's a vertical- it's blue, yellow, blue, and there's a black trident in the middle

I pretty sure this is a trident Nothing is coming to me You said it was an easy one and I scared I I mean I thought the trident would give it to you It has like two It over It over It over What was it It Barbados

Oh, yeah, obviously, of course. What it was is I was thinking of a light blue

So because I thought of light blue, nothing else... That's weird, that. You don't always see the Barbados flag, so maybe that's why

That's too wrong, but overall, it's okay. Go! Okay, it's mostly dark green, but on the right-hand side, on the right top corner..

Turgman is done. No, there's an eagle up there. And then in the bottom right corner, there's a tricolor

It's red, black, and orange. Overall, imagine a giant green flag. But in the top right-hand corner, there's a yellow eagle

And in the bottom right-hand corner, there's a tricolor. It's red, black, and orange

Is it Zambia? Yes, that's right. That's right. That's right. I did not think there's any way you're going to get this

That really just wasn't coming to me for a while. I'm ready for the next one, please. All right

We have a imagine like the Swiss flag, except put that in the top left-hand corner

And then mostly it's red. Invert the starst flag. Yep, that's right. I knew that was gonna be a good one

I knew that was gonna be an easy one. Yeah, that was a good description. Great description. And I am clicking go

Okay, we have the, uh, the, uh, Nordic cross, uh, with yellow and blue

So, Sweden. Yep. Yeah. What's this next one looking like? Is it hard, easy

Uh, yeah, I'm kinda scared. It looks a little bit hard. Alright, I'm clicking go. Okay, it's- it's mainly two colors in the bottom, but split the flag, like, from corner to corner, uh, down the middle

Black and then red. Black in the bottom left hand corner and then red in the top right hand corner

There's like a bird a yellow bird thing in the right hand corner And then there are white stars in the bottom left hand corner

I have no idea Okay, so like imagine the top left corner to the bottom right corner

You're separating the flag like that like with a line down the middle and then that's

It's absolutely open I didn't even know there's so much to describe on this one It's Papua New Guinea

Ah yeah, that's a really difficult one to describe Like usually it's something that I can hook on to like the trident for Barbados or something like boom give you an instant

But it's like this one is tough. I'm ready for the next one, please Okay, basically we have a white flag with the Pepsi icon in the middle

You know Pepsi right? Yes, South Korea, South Korea what an incredible description

And I am clicking start okay. We have a giant dragon one of the only flags with a dragon

But it is yell. Nope. It's yellow orange in the back. Yep

Yeah! Just had to narrow it down. I knew that was going to be an easy one for you. I knew it

We're on number 21 right now. The final 10. And I'm wondering, should we reduce it to 20 seconds and see what happens

Now I'm scared because I'm looking at this next one. I'm like, we can. Let's do it. Let's do 20. Think about what you're going to describe, all right, before you start

Go! Okay, it's a horizontal tricolor red, yellow, red. And then there is a coat of arms slightly left aligned in the coat of arms

10 seconds, 10 seconds. Go again! Oh yeah we have a giant white flag with the island inside of the flag It the outline of the Yep that right Go Okay it a uh uh it a vertical uh tri it not a tri it not a tri it dual color yellow and then white and then the uh coat of arms is on the right hand side

There's two giant keys, and there's a giant crown, and, uh, it is mostly a yellow white flag

Is it Gibraltar? Is it Gibraltar? It is a- it's coat of arms with two keys, and there's a red

Ah, that was really difficult, uh, that was the Vatican City. Ah, yes of course, no, I should have got that, I definitely should have got that with the white and the yellow

in the yellow. And go. Okay, mostly blue, but there's a giant yellow triangle that is kind of

in the middle, and there are stars, white stars along the triangle. St. Lucia? Nope. It's a dark

blue and a yellow triangle, but the yellow triangle is mostly on the top side. Yeah, that was so hard

Bosnia. Ah, yeah, fair, fair. I was thinking of a triangle just in the middle. I'm starting to notice

like if there's not like a super defining feature, it's really difficult. Let's go for it, please go

Red with a double-headed eagle in the middle. Black eagle. Oh, really

Yep. Yeah. And go. Oh, my goodness. Okay, it's mostly green. Dark green

But there's also like a giant cross in the middle. And the cross has yellow, white, and black

And then in the middle, there's a giant eagle. Or there's like an eagle perch on a branch

Mexico? Nothing's going to be. That's time. That's time. It is Dominica. Ahhhhhhh

There was just so many details in this one. There's like the green background. There's the cross with multiple colors

I'm like oh my goodness 20 seconds go. Okay, we have a combination of multiple flags combined into one we have

Without saying too much imagine like multiple kingdoms used in one jack

I I don't I'm trying to like okay. It's England, Scotland and yeah, yeah

I don't know where my line was because I'm like this is so easy

But it's like how do I not just say the name penultimate one? Let's go for it go. Okay

It's mostly a light blue with a triangle in the middle, but there's there are triangles. Yeah, how yeah

Do the cool move with my hand out of celebration The final one and I'm wondering I'm gonna whack it down to 15 seconds

Oh no! It'll be really disappointing if I don't get this one, so the pressure is on you here, Drew, to be fair

I got you. Three, two, one, go! Okay, imagine an ocean. The sun is setting behind the ocean. KUBA

There's also an e... Yep, boom. Yeah! That's amazing. I didn't keep score, but I think I got like 25, maybe
