Instructions: Prepare the Fillings: Cook breakfast sausage or bacon and set aside. Sauté the vegetables in a skillet until tender. Prepare hash browns or roasted potatoes as desired. Cook the Eggs: Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble them in butter or oil over medium heat until just set. Assemble the Burritos: Lay a tortilla flat. Add a portion of scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, vegetables, hash browns, and cheese. Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly into a burrito. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go. Breakfast burritos are customizable
