Syria torture trial: Former Syrian officials accused of torturing Assad's opponents

A former general and a former Syrian police officer from the Assad regime will receive a verdict today in Vienna determining whether they are guilty of torturing regime opponents. Correspondent Joe Brown joins us for more insight.
