Israeli FM in Somaliland: Visit follows Israel's first-in-world recognition

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar made a landmark visit to Hargeisa today, sealing full diplomatic relations with Somaliland. Sa’ar hailed Somaliland as a functioning democracy, becoming the first UN member state to recognize its sovereignty. Senior correspondent Owen Alterman joins us for more insight.
