Israel-Lebanon negotiations: Talks expected to resume middle of September

Israel and Lebanon negotiations are expected to resume in the middle of the month with political talks to take place in Rome and military talks likely to be in Tampa, Florida, at the headquarters of the U.S. Central Command. Israel will release four to five Lebanese prisoners of war as part of the talks mediated by Washington.
