Supportive response: Stop taking irritability personally. Pick up morning slack. Reduce late-night stress. Encourage medical conversations if exhaustion is severe.

What’s happening: Hormonal volatility affects serotonin and stress tolerance → shorter patience, faster emotional reactions.
Supportive response: Stay steady. Lower your tone, not escalate it. Ask, “What do you need right now?” instead of “What’s wrong with you?”
