So I'm going to show you how you can take a part of a YouTube video and make a GIF out of it

So obviously we're gonna start at YouTube where you want to find a video that has a certain segment for you to turn into a GIF

So I have this video of basketball highlights Now one thing that I want to do is to note the timings of it the time that it starts the time that it stops

And how long that duration is going to be so I'm gonna let this play and I'm going to keep it going

Right before this player shoots the ball right here Goes to the hoop and we'll stop right about here

So it was about a minute and nine seconds is where it started it stopped at about a minute fourteen seconds

That means it's about five minute a five second GIF. So after I have my timings down

I'm just going to copy this URL and I'm going to paste it here to this website

It's called GIF run calm and in a moment. I'll be able to turn this video into a GIF

So if you remember from a few seconds ago, it looks like this video starts at about a minute nine

Right there it stops at a minute fourteen There isn't an end point that you can add but what you can do is change that duration
