hey what's going on guys uh this is
0:01
tigerheart2kicks.com and i can't do this
0:03
video without talking about dmx
0:05
because you know i grew up in togo
0:07
that's in west africa
0:09
and we used to call him their mix
0:10
because we speak french
0:12
and grown up man like dmx that's all i
0:16
listened to in togo i couldn't really
0:18
understand the lyrics
0:19
because at the time you know english
0:20
wasn't my first language
0:22
but uh i just listened to the songs and
0:24
i just liked
0:25
this flow the way just his voice was
0:28
just incredible
0:29
you know and and i brought actually i
0:31
remember buying
0:32
on the and then there was x uh cassette
0:35
tape when he came out
0:36
back in togo you know that's that's when
0:38
i actually got into dmx and then
0:40
i used to enjoy him praying at the end
0:43
of his albums he was always like
0:44
praying and when i came here i actually
0:48
bought the
0:48
and then there was x as a cd and then my
0:51
friend lost it so i bought another
0:53
uh cd the same i just would listen to
0:55
the entire
0:56
uh uh album and everyone before i went
0:59
to school
1:00
uh i would pop in there and there there
1:02
was x and one more to cross
1:05
there we go again the professional and
1:08
uh
1:08
all that i used to listen to you know
1:10
and then i
1:12
actually bought like a dmx poster i put
1:15
it on top of my uh
1:16
in my room on my wall and then i
1:18
remember one night sleeping
1:20
and i had these weird dreams where i saw
1:22
some kind of cherry bean sitting on top
1:23
of my head and i got freaked out
1:25
so i re i removed uh the
1:28
the on the wallpaper but i i always
1:31
wanted to be like gmx i even got a chain
1:34
like that around chain i had actually
1:35
bought the chains and now
1:37
you know i just love the guy you know
1:39
but then you know when i became a
1:41
christian
1:42
you know i resolved that i couldn't
1:44
listen to some of the lyrics because
1:46
there was a lot of profanity so i had to
1:48
stop
1:48
listening to uh his lyrics and and all
1:51
that
1:52
but i knew for some reason that this is
1:54
the dude i was
1:55
was struggling if you look at romans 12
1:57
romans 14
1:58
paul talks about something very
2:00
interesting which i want to share with
2:01
you before i get into talking about the
2:03
shoe itself
2:04
so let's do that i was actually wrong i
2:06
was saying romans 14 is romans 7 verse
2:08
14 to 25.
2:09
now i'll go back to this verse because
2:12
dmx was a counter like he was just a
2:14
controversial dude man like
2:16
in one second breath is like screaming
2:19
cursing using profane words and in the
2:21
other second is like talking about the
2:23
lord
2:24
you know so it was always like that
2:25
controversy so when you look at romans 7
2:27
14 25 it gives you kind of like uh
2:30
uh a picture of what this man might have
2:32
been going through listen to the
2:33
scripture
2:34
for we know that the law is spiritual
2:36
but i am of the flesh
2:38
souled under sin for i do not understand
2:40
my own actions
2:42
for i do not do what i want but i do the
2:44
very thing that i hate
2:45
now if i do what i do know what i agree
2:47
with the law that the law is good
2:50
so now it is no longer i would do it but
2:52
sin that dwells within me
2:54
for i know that nothing good dwells in
2:56
me that is in my flesh
2:58
for i have the desire to do what is
2:59
right but not the ability
3:01
to carry it out for i do not do the good
3:03
that i want but the evil that i do not
3:04
want is what i keep on doing
3:06
now if i do what i do not want it is no
3:08
longer i would do it
3:10
but sin that was within me so i find it
3:12
to be a law that when i want to do right
3:14
evil lies close at hand for a delight in
3:17
the law of god
3:18
in my inner being but i see in my
3:20
members another law waging war
3:22
against the law of my mind and making me
3:25
captive to the law of sin that dwells in
3:26
my members
3:27
wretched men that i am who would deliver
3:30
me from this body of death
3:32
thanks be to god through jesus christ
3:34
our lord so then
3:35
i myself serve the law of god with my
3:37
mind but with my flesh
3:39
i serve the law of sin now paul is not
3:42
excusing sin yeah he's not saying well
3:44
you just to sin and just say well you
3:46
know it's my flesh that's doing him he's
3:47
talking about his struggle
3:49
like god killed and crucified the body
3:52
of sin
3:53
but there's still residue of the flesh
3:55
in our in our bodies in the sense that
3:57
we still struggle with that old
3:59
nature and if you see dmx you kind of
4:01
see that he's still struggling
4:03
to to to get away from the old nature
4:05
now when paul was writing to romans 7
4:08
he was talking about something that his
4:09
his readers were aware of
4:12
basically back in those days whenever a
4:14
criminal killed somebody
4:16
the way you paid for your sins or for
4:17
your crime was they tied
4:19
the body of the person that you killed
4:21
on your back so that body pretty much
4:23
ratted behind you and that was a
4:24
reminder of
4:26
your your crying so basically paul is
4:29
comparing and contrasting that practice
4:31
with what god has done in our bodies
4:33
god has crucified the flesh and his
4:35
sinful nature
4:36
but it doesn't mean that the residue of
4:38
it is not there we are still struggling
4:40
and and galatians 5 talks about the
4:41
struggle between the flesh and the
4:43
spirit
4:43
now i don't know where dmx went as far
4:45
as like his soul
4:46
but i'm praying and i'm hoping that you
4:48
know in his last days
4:50
i watched some of his videos and he was
4:52
talking about
4:53
preaching the word of god so i believe
4:56
you know
4:56
i i mean i'm i will not be surprised if
5:00
the lord
5:01
took him because the lord was like okay
5:03
you know what i don't want you here
5:04
anymore
5:05
you are done and i want to take you back
5:06
so this is what i want to believe so
5:08
i just wanted to give you those words of
5:10
encouragement now let's let's talk about
5:12
the air jordan 1
5:13
and hyper royal now this shoe is going
5:15
to come out on saturday
5:17
it's going to cost about 170 mains and 1
5:19
30 in kids
5:20
now before i get into the videos and
5:22
everything else i wanna
5:23
um i i was checking my uh flx foot
5:26
locker app
5:27
and the kids only the kids you were
5:29
showing which is a good indicator is it
5:31
it shows me that uh a lot of the foot
5:34
lockers
5:35
uh haven't gotten the main sizes yet so
5:37
i still
5:38
used a lot of um the information that i
5:41
got to calculate my numbers but before i
5:42
get into
5:43
the projection let's watch this video
5:45
and then we'll get to
5:47
the good stuff
5:54
[Music]
6:04
wow
6:06
[Music]
6:25
to know who is getting the sneaker so
6:27
let's let's get a quick count of
6:29
the starkist so the first thing you want
6:32
to do is this who's getting it
6:33
so beside nike you have finish line jd
6:36
sport hebert foot locker champs east bay
6:38
online now it's interesting because
6:40
um what you want to call it food action
6:43
is not getting the shoes so when i
6:44
checked they weren't getting it's not on
6:45
their calendar so which is interesting
6:47
and then for the minor stores we have y
6:50
cmc which is true city
6:51
dt alas you probably shake possibly
6:53
jimmy jars
6:55
for the boutiques you have shop nice
6:56
kicks bait rock city kicks overkill
6:59
stress
7:00
b sharp size and svd snickers and stuff
7:04
hennan oak young phantom and rhino fit
7:07
finest and for more you can go on
7:09
sneakers.com they have a lot more stores
7:12
so you can do that now the next thing
7:14
we're gonna do is we're gonna find
7:16
set up our assumptions again this is the
7:17
hardest part now
7:19
because uh foot locker uh champs and esp
7:23
are getting it i'm gonna assume that
7:24
they're gonna get about 30
7:25
because food action is not part of it so
7:27
i'm going to give them about 30
7:28
beside nike that's just for north
7:30
america okay
7:31
and for the next thing we when i man
7:34
this step was the hardest like
7:36
finding the physical locations that
7:38
takes me
7:39
alone like an hour and a half two hours
7:41
because i gotta go through individual
7:43
state
7:43
put in zip codes cross check i hate
7:46
doing this but you know
7:48
for you guys i'm willing to put myself
7:49
through the rigorous work
7:51
so when i did it for foot locker i had
7:53
about 131 stores that i get in the shoe
7:56
okay and for champs it was only 20 out
7:58
of 547
8:00
which is crazy now three i'm going to
8:03
give footlock a chance online
8:05
about half of the inventory the physical
8:07
stores are getting so that means if the
8:08
physical stores are getting 5 000
8:10
for the online i'm going to give them
8:12
2500 again this is all based on my
8:14
assumptions
8:15
now especially i'm going to give is a
8:17
third of all the total from
8:19
foot locker and champs online and then
8:21
the next thing is the hardest part again
8:23
how many shoes per store nah i gambled
8:26
on them
8:26
i said okay i'm gonna give foot lockers
8:28
about 70 pairs per foot locker and for
8:30
champs i'll say 48
8:32
because it's only 20 champs and it's
8:34
only 131 on foot locker store
8:36
so and then the next thing is just the
8:38
numbers so for the numbers for foot
8:40
locker for the physical stores is 131
8:42
times 70 i came up with 9170
8:45
and for champs the same thing 20 times
8:48
48 960
8:49
and then for the online allocation you
8:51
just add these two numbers and divide by
8:52
two
8:53
gives me 5065 and then for east bay
8:57
5065 by 3 which is 1689 because we said
9:00
east bay was going to get a third now
9:04
and the total from footlocker and its
9:05
derivatives which is champs and east bay
9:07
you're gonna add all these numbers
9:08
together
9:09
and i came up with sixteen thousand
9:11
eight hundred and eighty four and i
9:12
stretched the number to eighteen
9:13
thousand pairs for possible
9:15
uh problems and errors that i may have
9:16
made in my assumption
9:18
again now since i say that footlocker
9:20
and champs and espare are getting about
9:22
30 percent
9:23
to get a total for the usa based on our
9:26
assumptions
9:27
we're just gonna do eighteen thousand
9:29
times three because that's thirty
9:30
percent times three which is ninety
9:31
percent
9:32
plus the remaining ten percent which is
9:34
thirty percent divided by 3
9:35
which is 18 000 by 3 and we get 60
9:39
000 pairs for the usa that's based on my
9:41
assumption
9:42
now for the worldwide production i just
9:44
stretch this number by two or three
9:46
and i say it's in it's going to be
9:48
anywhere between sixty thousand
9:50
and hundred and fifty thousand pairs
9:53
now do not take this thing
9:57
like this is the reality okay i'm just
9:59
trying to give you a picture of what
10:00
might be taking place so take
10:02
all my information with a grain of salt
10:04
i don't work for these brains i don't
10:06
work for nike
10:07
i don't work for foot locker i don't
10:08
have access to inside information
10:10
like other people i don't i just based
10:13
everything on
10:14
past and and what i've observed so i try
10:16
to create some assumptions there to to
10:18
get close to the reality
10:20
all right so now the next thing we're
10:21
going to do is we're going to talk about
10:23
resale
10:24
so let's do that so resale i started
10:27
getting my numbers from the 10th which
10:29
is april the 10th from saturday till
10:31
tuesday which is yesterday so between
10:33
these you can see what's going on there
10:35
you have
10:36
4.99 all the way to like 48 so the price
10:38
is going to be anywhere between
10:40
480 and 500 that shoe is a good shoe man
10:43
like
10:43
it's incredible so i'm not going to
10:45
start with this
10:47
resell by time but i'm also going to
10:49
give you a resale
10:50
by uh sizes you can see what size is to
10:53
aim for
10:54
now if you look at this chart here you
10:55
can see the profit is in green
10:57
for a size 5 you are looking at 330
11:00
dollars in profit
11:01
this is if you sell it on on any other
11:03
place but ebay ebay is going to
11:04
obviously give you more money because
11:06
they don't charge any fees
11:08
so for a size six you're making about
11:10
312 dollars in profit
11:12
for a size 7 275 for a size 8 252
11:15
for a size down 248 for a size 10 261
11:19
for a size 11 273 12 27
11:23
13 251 i didn't get anything for size 14
11:26
and all that
11:26
but you can kind of see the prices okay
11:28
you can always go back on my website
11:30
and read the entire uh chart now i'm
11:33
going to also give you
11:34
an equation that i came up with that's
11:35
going to help you to determine
11:37
how the shoe is going to do based on
11:39
what we have now so let's check that out
11:41
so let's check that out real quick
11:43
resale so i came up with this equation
11:45
basically it's a regression line so this
11:48
is what we have the equation is negative
11:49
4.9
11:50
times time elapsed since april the 10th
11:53
plus 505 which is our starting number
11:55
okay
11:56
based on the equation we can kind of
11:57
make a prediction on the 17th which is
11:59
seven days from uh april the 10th
12:02
the shoot is going to be somewhere
12:03
between around 471 so
12:05
this is a great great great show as far
12:07
as resale is concerned so you're gonna
12:08
be making at least between 471 and 500
12:11
now there's going to be a moderate
12:13
breakdown you don't use this model for
12:15
other things like because if you think
12:17
if you put 10 there it's going to give
12:18
you a less number so there's going to be
12:20
a breakdown which means
12:21
once they should drop man that shoe
12:23
within two three
12:24
weeks to a month is gonna start
12:26
skyrocketing again so the shoes gonna go
12:28
up so
12:28
i won't be surprised if by july this
12:30
shoe is going for like five fifty six
12:32
hundred or even close to seven hundred
12:33
dollars
12:34
it's very limited people want it now i'm
12:36
also gonna warn you because there's been
12:37
fakes that are out
12:39
and i'm gonna show you how to quickly
12:40
identify them
12:42
um there's a guy on on youtube named i
12:44
collect kicks he did a great
12:47
breakdown of this shoe and so what i did
12:49
was i went there and i cut out some of
12:50
the
12:50
i screenshotted some of his
12:54
pictures and these videos and i'll put
12:56
it as a quick
12:57
way to like identify it so this is what
12:59
i came up with you know
13:00
based on what he did so if you if you
13:02
submit the shooter
13:03
to the black light on the authentic you
13:06
can see that there's sparkles
13:07
okay on the fake one they are not there
13:10
so if you have a black light just use it
13:12
get your shoe see if there are sparkles
13:14
on the midsole if there's not then you
13:15
know you've been dealt to fake
13:17
and then the next thing i want to show
13:19
you is the the back he talked about this
13:20
okay if you look at the back
13:22
you can kind of see down the authentic
13:24
the shoe is slightly wider
13:25
the shape at the bottom is wider okay
13:27
you can always watch this video
13:29
and then the shade is also darker on the
13:31
authentic pair
13:32
because he had the perfect lighting both
13:34
she was submitted to the same lighting
13:36
and you can kind of see that the
13:37
authentic is lighter is uh
13:39
darker in shade and also when i he
13:41
didn't mention this but i thought i
13:42
should mention it
13:43
if you look at the back of the shoe on
13:45
the on the fake where
13:47
the the the anchor line is is deeper you
13:50
see
13:50
there's like a depth to it there's a
13:51
light the depth that this is this is why
13:53
i have like this red line here
13:55
it's it's slightly deeper here on the
13:57
fake pair and the next thing he also
13:59
talked about
14:00
which i think is worth mentioning is the
14:02
wings logo if you look at the authentic
14:04
pad the wings logo is really refined
14:06
it's better the spacing in between the
14:08
element is like
14:09
smaller on the fake pad the spacing is a
14:11
little wider and it's not clear you can
14:13
kind of see it this is kind of fading a
14:14
little bit
14:15
it's not as refined as it is on the
14:17
authentic pair and the next thing that
14:19
he also mentioned
14:21
which is good to talk about as far as
14:22
the shoe is the back okay
14:24
on the fake pad the back the laces does
14:27
not feel the entire back
14:28
it's like somewhere you can see there's
14:30
a gap between the end
14:31
entry portion of the back and the laces
14:34
on the authentic
14:35
it fills the entire back and then the
14:37
next thing is
14:38
on the box the box you can kind of see
14:41
like this is a recurring theme with a
14:43
lot of fakes
14:44
if you look at the authentic pair the
14:46
the
14:47
u.s size is bold and is is border in
14:49
comparison to the remaining other
14:51
country size like euro you can see
14:53
and centimeters you can see it's like
14:56
they they single out
14:57
the us size but on the fake one they are
15:00
all the same
15:01
you can kind of see they are all the
15:02
same like the font is the same the
15:04
boldness is the same on all the sizes
15:06
and on the authentic they tear up like
15:09
sticker you can kind of see the dots on
15:10
the authentic on the fake you can you
15:12
can't see that
15:13
and i'm going to show you something else
15:14
on the box which i thought was
15:16
interesting
15:17
if you look here you can see the tail of
15:19
that right
15:20
on the face you can't see them and look
15:21
at the msrp
15:23
uh text there text okay the the spacing
15:26
between the
15:27
the msrp text and the divider is wider
15:30
on the authentic
15:31
on the fake player you can kind of see
15:32
it's pretty close to it almost adjacent
15:34
to it
15:35
and then the next thing we're going to
15:36
talk about and wrap this thing up is
15:38
uh until the shoe trees the authentic
15:41
pair has the die-cut sock liner written
15:43
on it
15:44
under it if you flip it on the fake pair
15:46
is nowhere to be seen
15:47
and then i'm gonna show you these two on
15:49
the shoe tree here the definition
15:52
like it's subtle like the markings are
15:54
subtle on the authentic
15:55
one effect where they are really defined
15:57
you can kind of see everything is like
15:59
really really well done which is
16:00
interesting you think you'll be the
16:01
opposite
16:02
all right so this is this for this shoe
16:04
man i don't think there's anything else
16:05
that i want to talk about as far as like
16:07
the issue is concerned
16:08
but let me let me end this with uh
16:10
something else
16:11
uh if you want to buy the shoe now i
16:13
have a link for in the description okay
16:15
so be sure to check that out
16:16
again thanks for watching this is ty
16:18
from master kicks and stay tuned for
16:19
more stuff
16:20
have a wonderful day and please guys uh
16:23
share this information if it helps
16:25
like it and and again if you want me to
16:27
work on something else please
16:29

16:31
