preaches, right? A lot of people they

forget that um salvation is primarily

not about you finding purpose in your

life. It's not about you finding meaning

because you stand condemned.

We all stand condemned. The scripture

tells us there's no one righteous, not

Okay. Now, what is this a sign of? If

you go to the book of Romans, especially

uh chapter one, I want to read you

is a sign of the wrath of God. Listen to

But they became feudal in their thinking

and their foolish heart were darkened.

So claiming to be wise, they became

fools and exchanged and exchanged the

glory of the immortal God for images

resembling mortal men and bears and

animals and creeping things. Therefore,

now this is important. Because of what

men have chosen to do, listen to the

consequence. Therefore, God gave them up

in the lusts of their hearts to

impurity, to dishonoring of their bodies

among themselves. You see, because of

what men choose to do, because they did

not acknowledge him as God, and they

instead chose to worship the creature

instead of the creator, listen to what

God has done. He has given them over to

a reprobate mind, right? Because they

exchanged the truth about God for a lie

and worshiped the creature instead of

the creator. For this reason, because of

what people have done, God gave them up

to dishonorable passions. And the result

is is what? Listen to the results. For

their women exchanged

natural relations for those that are

contrary to nature. And the men likewise

gave up natural relations with women and

were consumed with passion for one

another. men committing shameless acts

with men and receiving in themselves the

do penalty for their terror their error.

So basically God has given them over to

a reprobate mind. So when people say

well God is mad, God is angry because of

what people are doing right now is

actually that God has already given them

up to this reprobate mind. This is

dangerous because there may not be

salvation for them anymore. Now, I don't

know. I don't know if this is where you

are, but if the word of God is if you're

listening to the word of God and the

word of God is causing you to to be

convicted, then that's a good sign.

Because some people get to the point

where they have become callous through

the word of God, their mind, the

scripture say, is sealed as with a hot

iron. Meaning they can no longer hear

the word of God and respond to it. And

therefore, what happened is this is a

proliferation of sexual perversion. So

sexual perversion is pretty much uh a

sign that this the society has

completely been degraded and therefore

the wrath of God is soon coming. Is it

going to be today, tomorrow, in a year,

in two years, in 10 years? I don't know.

But when the society is at a point where

perversion is praised, where what is

right is seen as what is wrong and what

is hatred toward God is seen as what is

good. That's when you know that God has

given folks over to a reprobate mind and

that's a dangerous place to be. Now what

I want to do now is this. I want to show

you that sometimes in the scripture God

gives us prototypes to give us an

understanding of what is to come. Okay.

Basically be God doesn't just bring his

judgment without warning people. And the

scripture is full of his warnings.

He's full of his warning. He's inundated

with his warnings. Okay. In Genesis 6

for example, okay, in the story of Noah,

what happened in Noah time, the

scripture says that the sons of God saw

the daughters of men and they became

they came and they took for themselves

whoever they wanted and then they

produce what we call the nephilims,

Basically God gave humans 120 years to

Yet they chose not to go the Lord's way.

They didn't listen. Listen. The Nephilim

were on the earth in those days and also

afterward when the sons of God came into

the daughters of men and they bore

children to them. These were the mighty

the Lord saw that the wickedness of men

angelic beings came from heaven and came

to what God said. The Lord saw that the

found favor in the eyes of the Lord. Now

eventually if you go and look at Genesis

the end of the chapter, the flood comes

um humanity is destroyed. Saved Noah,

heaven. He came down on earth to see if

this is actually real. So he sends two

angels into the city of Sodom and guess

what happened in the middle of the

night, man? The entire city comes and

they want to have sexual relations with

The angels were man, right? I want to

Right? The two angels came to Sodom in

the evening and Lot was sitting in the

gate of Sodom. Lot is Abraham's nephew.

aside to your servants's house and spend

may spend then you may rise up early and

But he pressed them strongly. So they

before they lay down, the man of the

city, listen to this, the man of the

city. Now the man here is referring to

male figures, not men in terms of

mankind, right? The men of the city,

All the people to the last man, listen

to that, surrounded the house of Lot.

And they called to Lot and say, "Where

are the men who came to you tonight?

The perversion has gotten to the point

have sexual relationship with those men.

And listen to what Lot says to them. He

says, "I beg you, my brothers, do not

daughters who have not known any men.

So, Lot had two daughters who had never

been with any man, which mean they they

didn't have any sexual relation. They

were virgin. The men didn't want

anything to do with his women. They only

wanted the man, which is again like I

sexual immorality and perversion like

that is always uh uh pretty much a sign

of the coming wrath of God. That city

had been completely given over to

depravity. And eventually what happened?

in the city of um Sodom and destroyed

the entire city save Lot and his two

destroyed Sodom. The sun had risen on on

sulfur and fire from the Lord out of

heaven. Again, God destroyed the city of

prototypes because a lot of people don't

believe that God is going to eventually

bring his wrath. But he shows us in

scripture patterns that he has shown us

on a small scale that this is what I do

God should be preached in every single

understand where they stand before

are we told? When the angel of death

does he do? He kills the firstborn of

everyone that does not have the blood

Israelite did that and they were

blood of Christ. This is a picture of

under the protection of Christ.

Everybody else died that did not have

Because the angel of death came at night

and then destroyed those. Again, that's

again a picture of the judgment of God.

Again, he gives us picture. This is not

just for us to read and be like, well,

that's great history. It is for our

learning. The scripture tells us that

everything that is written in the Bible

evidence. So the angel of death again

that's a picture of the wrath of God.

And then if you even want to go to

Daniel chapter 3, the fiery furnace,

right? Shadrach, Meshach, and Abedneo,

they are thrown into the fire. Again,

fire in the scripture is a picture of

what judgment. But then they are not

burned by the fire. Not a single thing

on their body burned because they were

there was somebody else in the fire with

them. The angel of the Lord, the son of

the man, the son of God. Again, only

those who are in Jesus Christ are

Then Jesus foretells wars and

"Nation will rise against nation." Which

Nation will rise against nation and

great earthquakes which we've seen.

and in various places famines and

in the third world a bunch of famines,

right? Pestilences, COVID, right? And

there will be terrors and great signs

from heaven. There have been flooding.

Silver Spring right here in Maryland.

There was flooding in Texas that killed

a lot of people. There was fires. I

mean, how much more signs do you need?

The scripture is playing right before

our eyes. So, we cannot ignore these

things, right? Look again verse 25- 28.

This is chapter 21. But when you see

Jerusalem surrounded by no verse 25 and

there will be signs in sun and in sun

and moon and stars. God gives us again a

preview of what will happen before he

and moon and stars and on the earth

distress of nation in perplexity

because of the roaring of the sea and

the waves, cataclysmic events, right?

People figning with fear and with

foroding of what is coming on the world.

You see what's happening in the world.

This is again scripture coming alive,

right? for the powers of the heavens

will be shaken. And then you will see

the son of man coming in in a cloud with

power and great glory. Now when these

things begin to take place, straighten

redemption is drawing near. Now those of

because we know that our redemption is

drawing near. Why redemption? The saving

So, we're going to be redeemed. For

those that are not in Christ, they're

to be your going to be sent into hell.

horizontal view of things. when your

A lot of people say, "Oh, Noah's story

was a joke." Are you serious? The Lord

is talking about it. He's giving you

that as a reference. Say, "Do you see

what happened in the days of Noah?

People were giving giving into marriage.

They were eating and drinking and then

one day the flood came and they all

Are you saved? And when I say saved, I'm

received Jesus as your personal Lord and

life, you have tranquility, you have all

the benefit that God can give. That is

not what I'm talking about. Meaning,

have you received Jesus so that when he

comes back, he can stand in his presence

and not being thrown into the fire?

This is all we This is why we preach the

People say, "Well, I don't like that

Jesus talks about hell more than
