The Air Jordan 1 high obsidian is releasing this coming Saturday and I actually wrote a projection post on it a few days ago. While writing the post, i discovered that the shoe was a hot commodity ( meaning it has a high resale value), and when that’s the case, it becomes a target for bootleggers. Fake pairs have already flooded the market and I was able to collect a few pictures to help you identify them; since the shoe isn’t officially out, it was hard to gather enough pictures to do a side by side comparison. And honestly, these new breeds of fakes are so good that the cosmetic flaws are almost unidentifiable. So the guide that I provide isn’t supposed to be the ultimate standard for busting fakes, it’s just to provide a bit of help.
