1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup seafood broth or clam juice
1 pound (450g) mixed seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, mussels, and/or squid), cleaned and deveined
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
