Scallops Recipe 🌹
Ingredients:
1 pound sea scallops
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Scallops: Pat the scallops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat the Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil. Allow the butter to melt and the oil to heat up until shimmering.
Sear the Scallops: Carefully add the scallops to the hot skillet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other. Cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes, until golden brown crust forms on the bottom.
