Roasted Asparagus Recipe 🌿 Ingredients: 1 pound fresh asparagus spears 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional) Salt and pepper, to taste Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving) Lemon wedges (optional, for serving) Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Prepare Asparagus: Rinse the asparagus spears under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Snap off the tough ends by holding each end of the asparagus spear and bending until it breaks naturally at the point where it becomes tough. Season Asparagus: Place the asparagus spears on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and minced garlic, if using. Toss gently to coat the asparagus evenly.
