Ingredients:
12 ounces (340g) spaghetti or linguine
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped (optional, but traditional)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
