Homemade Monkey Bread 🍩🌹:
Ingredients:
2 cans of refrigerated biscuits
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Prepare the Sugar Mix: In a large plastic bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Shake to mix well.
Coat the Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the biscuit pieces in the bag with the cinnamon sugar mixture and shake until all pieces are well-coated.
Layer the Biscuits: Arrange the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared Bundt pan. If using, sprinkle nuts in between the layers of biscuit pieces.
Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the biscuits in the pan.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
Cool and Serve: Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
