Grilled Vegetable Skewers
Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken Skewers 🌹 Ingredients: 1.5 lbs (about 700g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes Zest and juice of 1 lemon 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper, to taste Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using) Instructions: Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
