12 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine works great)
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chili crisp (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
