Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Crispy, juicy, and easy-to-make—air fryer chicken wings are the perfect snack or meal for any occasion! With minimal oil and a quick cooking time, you can enjoy deliciously crisp wings without the hassle of deep frying. They’re perfectly seasoned and ideal for serving at parties, game nights, or simply for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
10-12 chicken wings, tips removed and drumettes separated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional for heat)
1 tablespoon baking powder (for crispiness)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for 3-5 minutes while you prepare the wings.
Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture—this helps them get extra crispy. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
