Article 15 of the Constitution of India with landmarks cases- Law Class 1 अनुच्छेद 15: भेदभाव का निषेध तथा उससे संबंधित वाद राज्य अपने किसी नागरिक के साथ केवल धर्म, जाति, लिंग, नस्ल और जन्म स्थान या इनमें से किसी भी आधार पर कोई विभेद नहीं करेगा
