Um, I think she needs to be held accountable. Not like anything will happen to her. I mean, literally, she

was hired to lie to the world and to spread hatred. Um, she's just, you know,

to me, a very pathetic small woman who

is kind of like the female version of Trump, only I a little bit younger.

turn, you know, and I'm not I don't I want I want people to get

along. I really do. But at this point, I just can't blame anyone for disliking

efforts to restrict student visas for Chinese nationals. win. And that's another thing um Chinese

nationals, Indians and Africans from those are the brains of tomorrow in

America. Those are the people that um create new technology, help America

progress on the world stage. And he's restricting

in its battle with the Trump administration just as thousands celebrated commencement at the Ivy

League University today on international students going to

Harvard after the government. Now, the administration is expanding its foreign student visa ban, announcing today that

the State Department will quote aggressively revoke student visas for Chinese students attending American

colleges. We're being used like porns in a game that we have no control of and we're being caught in this crossfire

between the White House and Harvard and it feels incredibly dehumanizing.

International students here in SoCal also concerned. Kal's Jasmine Beiel is at UCLA where thousands of international

students are enrolled. [Music] At 12 years old, Gabe Wang was on

national TV in Beijing singing Chinese opera. UCLA. He's now pursuing music,

composition, and voice as a freshman at UCLA through a student visa. I'm a Chinese Canadian. I just really like

America and the West Coast and stuff. But Wang says the end of this school year hitting a low note for many of his

Chinese friends after the US State Department announced it is beginning to pull student visas for Chinese nationals

studying in the US. I'm hearing a lot of concerns in the international community

with some of my Chinese um friends cuz obviously some are afraid to leave the

country if they you know um if they get their visas revoked not being able to come back to school. There is an

interest in making sure that those who are here from China on a visa understand that we are taking our national security

seriously and we are looking uh at their visas and uh if everything's fine, terrific. The Trump administration

expanding its efforts to restrict international students with connections to the Chinese Communist Party or

studying in critical fields. Earlier this week, the State Department ordered US embassies to temporarily stop

scheduling new student visa appointments. And our focus is making sure that everyone who does want to send

their child to a school in this country can do so knowing that I wonder if this is why this

is back to Trump having to give in with the

trade war. A little uh passive aggressive behavior towards uh Xi Shangping. I

wonder they're going to be safe. You can see just walking around campus a group of UCLA students trying to bring back

Cantonese here at UCLA. The University of California says it too is very

concerned that all of its international students contribute greatly to research

and teaching the diversity. That's what I'm talking about. These the Chinese,

okay, the Africans. All right.

The Japanese, they're the ones who are making new technologies, math,

science, computers. Okay? They're the lifeblood of our

economy. And Trump thinks this is a good idea. He's costing Americans

money. How does this make America great? Oh, they understand how white being

white and they the funny thing is they probably think MAGA thinks they probably could get these type of jobs. That's

what they want. They think they could get these type of jobs. No experience, but you don't even

have the aptitude to do these jobs, but that's what they want. That's exactly what make America

white again at all costs. Trump's terrorists ruled unlawful

and blocked by the federal court. Donald Trump's night just went from bad to worse as a court ruled his tariffs to be

unlawful and blocked them. Yes, Donald Trump has had his tariffs taken away from him. Now at hand is the US Court of

International Trade where a three judge panel ruled that Donald Trump overstepped his authority by invoking

emergency powers to place these retaliatory tariffs around the globe saying that he must have an emergency in

order to place these tariffs and he has yet to show one which is the case because Donald Trump has had so many

different reasons sometimes not valid at all make any sense to place these

tariffs. While Donald Trump certainly is going to have a bad night, it's a good night us because the stocks took off the

second this happened. But this Donald Trump had watching him try to claim credit for the stocks for the stock

market going up. First, he received a brand new nickname, Taco Trump. Now he

had his favorite toy taken away from him, tariffs. What he does next is going to be interesting, but you can know

this. Tears are going to be in a bucket of KFC and late night tweet.

That's probably what's going to happen. Oh man, Trump, baby.

Trump. Teriffs are illegal. Now, interestingly, it was a panel of Democratic and Republican judges,

including a judge that Trump uh appointed himself. But what's interesting about this is basically we

don't know what's going on anymore. Um, these guys struck down some of Trump's tariffs, but not others. They gave Trump

10 days to appeal, so the tariffs are still on for the next 10 days. Uh Trump could go to an appellet court to try to

get the whole thing struck down. He could go to this court, which I think he's doing to maybe have them say their decision pending the appeal, meaning

yes, they struck it down, but they'll leave the tariffs in place until the appeal court can check. But if you're negotiating with Trump, if you're a

foreign country, if you're Europe, if you're China, if you're Canada, and you're looking at this, you're saying you've got federal courts saying what

Trump is doing is illegal, maybe we should just wait, drag out the negotiations and see if it all gets

struck down anyway, and then Trump has no leverage whatsoever. This is very bad for Trump. Bottom line here is Trump has

a lot of courts striking him down because he's breaking the law a lot. You

think he also broke the law with that $400 million plane he took from Qatar.

Okay. Which we find out that he reached out. He reached out to get that plane. They didn't reach out to him. He reached

out to them. Telling you, man, he's running it like this is his one of his casinos.

in DC. And this is big. The federal court has just blocked Donald Trump's

sweeping liberation day tariffs. They ruled authority on April when

he on imports from countries with trade services, claiming it would revive

American industry. But today, just moments ago, that court unanimously decided that Trump lacked the power to

impose these tariffs unilaterally under economic emergency laws, dealing a major blow to his trade war strategy. The

ruling struck down tariffs justified, but what the court called questionable claims of national emergencies, siding

with 12 US states and small businesses that challenged Trump's actions as unconstitutional.

This decision could halt Trump's aggressive trade policies, which has sparked global tension, many say, and

economic uncertainty. Critics argue the tariffs risked higher prices and slowed growth. Well, Trump says they protected

US jobs. How the heck do the tasks protect jobs when some of these when job when some of these jobs work with needed

these uh materials that are being imported okay into the country and they

have to pay a higher price for these goods for these products. How is that a good thing? How

does tariffs help the economy? People who work in construction and they need these materials from other countries now

they got to pay extra. And now when uh people want to buy a house or they

want to get the material to buy the house, they got to pay extra. Okay, the price goes up in order

to make the difference from the merchant buying the stuff from uh overseas,

buying the stuff to come to the country. Tariffs is a tax on imported

goods that the merchant who buys them has to put a higher price on us the

consumer to get it to make up the difference. That is a tariff.

Well, screwed up. Yeah, heard about that. Well, guess

what? We're all just going to have to pay extra then. That's all. We're just going to pay extra. That's what it's about. Paying

extra. Okay? Doesn't make a difference. Now, Matt, now

uh we all have to pay extra for goods. I don't know how that's a win.

I'm just saying that's not a that's not a win. Really

isn't. So, let's talk about now about this uh big beautiful bill.

this is a 1,116page bill and buried on page 291 of that bill under section they make it

that way. So by the time when you're reading it, you you won't read all of No one's going to read

1,116 pages unless you're very determined to understand what's in that bill. They

don't the majority of the population is not going to do that.

43201. It describes a 10-year moratorum on state level

enforcement of any law or regulation that regulates artificial intelligence

models, artificial intelligence systems or automated decision systems. So no

push back is allowed on AI on the state level which means that it would go to

the federal level where we're seeing Donald Trump as the face of the new

world order bringing in AI infrastructure. So he's the one who's bringing in AI infrastructure on day one

passing a bill on day one saying we're bringing in AI infrastructure. We're going to set up a grid in Texas which

have his own power supply. We don't care about our weakened power grid and the rest of humanity. and here on Earth or

specifically here in America, which we tell you is vulnerable every day. We're going to build one specifically for AI so it never can go offline. If you think

for one second that by this bill taking the ability

of go free, fight censorship and support free speech.

block artificial intelligence governance. Well, think again. It's going to go to the federal level and they are going to make sure it does not

get blocked. They say exceptions to the rule are few and only allow for state level rules that remove legal

impediments to operating AI systems and streamlining their adoption. State laws that impose any restrictions or

requirements on AI models will be considered uninforc unenforcable under

the decadel long moratorum. State AGs are understandably concerned this bill

will affect hundreds of existing and pending state laws. At least 45 states

and US territories introduced AI related legislation last year according to the National Conference of State

Legislators. 31 states along with Puerto Rico and the US V Virgin Islands passed legislation or adopted resolutions that

regulate AI in 2024. In the face of congressional inaction on the emergence

of real world harms raised by the use of AI, states are likely to be the forum

for addressing such issues. This bill would directly harm consumers, deprive

them of rights currently held in many states, and prevent state ages, attorney generals from fulfilling their mandate

to protect consumers. This moratorum would mean that even if a company

deliberately designs an algorithm that causes foreseeable harm, the company

making that bad tech would be unaccountable to lawmakers and the

public. So I think kind of sounds like you know what we went through with the

2019 2023 with the witches brew that they gave us and the people who made it

were protected with immunity. God forbid anything happened to the people who took it about that. Google, Alphabet Inc.,

Facebook, Meta. Okay, all these massive tech companies who already have algorithms designed to silence us are

going to move forward with more algorithms and power than even the

government has. We're going to be run because everything's going to be done online. They're forcing everyone online,

are they not? We know people are already willingly online. We're online right

now or the other because while we're all they're quietly removing

IDs. Most people's communication is done on a cell phone over the internet when

they're facetiming or doing one of those video conference calls with a relative because of course they've been trained

into doing that after the government locked them down for a few years over a common cough and cold telling you that

you were better off staying home and missing out on grandma's death over the Christmas holiday because you risked the

chance of getting a stuffy nose and that wouldn't have been nice for your next door neighbors. You would have been selfish if you left. And now, of course,

everybody's doing everything virtually. And that's what they were training you to do. Do everything online. Do

everything virtually. Eliminate the physical realm and push you into the digital realm. Think about the

surveillance that is going to be brought in here. Not just with the Golden Dome, which again, the common person is going

to think when they hear about the Golden Dome, like I covered in my previous video, that it's the Iron Dome. There going to be missiles all around us.

We're all going to be protected. They're bringing in a surveillance state. That's what the Golden Dome is. You got the Golden Dome and now you have this big,

beautiful bill, which couldn't be more opposite of what it truly is. That's going to give big tech more power over

all of us. As if they don't already have that power. Big tech shutting down people from speaking on the internet,

taking people's livelihoods away, spying on people, obviously harvesting our data. I mean, think about what happened

when during that those uh lockdowns, right? Okay. people. Um, you couldn't

really talk about the Witchers Brew. Okay. Um, you said anything bad about

it. You, you know, you got penalized for it, especially if you on social media.

All right. You lost your account. Okay. People in real life, if they refuse to take the witch's brew, they lost their

jobs. Okay. For the government because

these are the government. They're corporations for DARPA and the

D on us. They're actors to make this look like to you that all this stuff

that has been happening has been happening because of these geniuses in the tech world who have been coming up with these fun ideas and then getting

you on board with, you know, very slowly indoctrinating you with using Facebook and using social media and then of

course ramping up surveillance, ramping up censorship, but you've become addicted to it. So now you have to

comply to it because it's about behavioral control and eventually turning America into what China is

because the new world order infrastructure is artificial intelligence governance. But it looks exactly like the world in China looks

with social credit scores and everything else. AI firewalls, which I'll get into in a separate video, about what's going

on with Microsoft, and how emails and communication between people are being blocked based on words they put into the

algorithm, which eventually will be to completely silence us in a world where you're not allowed to have physical

communication anymore. All the stuff they're doing with the post office and saying, "Hey, everything's going to be online anyway. Everything's going to be

through email. You won't be able to type certain words anymore. You won't be able to say 6G. You won't be able to email

somebody about the mark of the beast. all these emails will bounce and be stopped and intercepted by big brother.

Now, with this stuff that's going on with this bill, this literally gives the federal government the ability to do

whatever they want with AI before people wake up and realize what it is, which is what I've been warning everybody about.

This overwhelming amount of tech that they're throwing at people all at once.

Nobody is able to process what's actually happening. If you've noticed, there's all these things happening. We're having Tesla terminators walk the

streets. We're having, you know, our all of a sudden we have Grock and we have chat GPT and all this crap. People are

just trying to figure out what it even is. And now they're putting bills in while you're trying to figure out what it is, if it even benefits humanity.

They're telling you it's going to kill humanity and remove the jobs of human beings. And then they're putting in bills in place while they're throwing

this all at you saying nobody's going to be allowed to stop artificial intelligence. You will not be able to come in and stop it from happening. And

it's amazing at this point with everything out there with if you just research and watch what they talk about

at all these globalist conferences from Bilderberg to United Nations meetings UN

to World Economic Forum. The entire thing is based on AI governance. That is

the thing that they're talking about. artificial intelligence, governance, full surveillance, a boogeyman behind

the curtain who's monitoring and tracking everything through these algorithms that they control. They're

trying to make you think that it's less government and it's more freedom. That's the illusion. Well, we have too much

government. Well, of course we have too much government. This will give the full-on control. This just ends any

freedoms whatsoever, any privacy whatsoever. And this is really the thought police being implemented because

the majority of your thinking and typing, they want to push it all onto the internet where they literally say, "Hey, we're not going to office anymore.

You're not going to go shop at a mall anymore. Everything you're going to do is going to be online." Oh, and by the way, you can't push back against

artificial intelligence. It's too late because Donald Trump has already quietly passed a big beautiful bill that you

think is about your taxes, but it's really about implementing AI governance and now telling you at the federal level

that no states can push back on this, no people can push back on this. We're going to give big tech companies full-on

authority just like we gave big pharma and you won't be allowed to sue them when you realize that big tech is doing

this or that to you with your data whether big tech begins you know using

the technology we the DARPA technology that they already have and use like voice to skull technology or any of

these types of things whatever they're allowed to do whatever they want crimes against humanity just like big pharma

you can't sue and then we'll start forcing laws in that say hey what you're going to try to go off grid no you're

We're going to force you into the digital realm. And these are the rules. And you can't push back against big tech. And if big tech says you can't

earn a living on YouTube or anywhere else because they don't like what you're typing in your emails or what you're saying on the internet, in forums or

under videos on YouTube, guess what? Bank accounts frozen. This is frozen. You're not going to have a good social

credit score. This is the beginning of all of it. And Donald Trump is the one implementing it. So they sit there and

they talk about this bill. And as you heard, I played the news clip earlier. They're talking about, oh, you know,

this is what the bill is going to mean. It's gonna go to the Senate. Well, it's all about AI. That's what it's really

about. How many times have we heard over our lives these bills about tax spending? Oh, it's a bill with two thou,

you know, I said, this is the seessaw, the leftright paradigm, right? Last couple of years, all we've heard about

are these bills that are 5,000 pages long that nobody reads and they approve it. Then they come on TV and gaslight

you and just work you into hysteria by telling you that, hey, they passed a $5

trillion bill. Half, you know, money's going to Ukraine and you're like, what? And then they go, the other half's going

to Sesame Street in Iraq. We're going to have Elmo dress up as RuPaul. And you're like, what? That's what my tax money is

going toward. They go, we got to stop these big bills. Now it's the other side doing it. No, they have these big bills and no one's reading between the lines,

right? And they just go back and forth. Just what I'm saying. party, Democrat, Republican, it's the same party. It's

the same party. Both are degenerate. Both are into the the the things that you hate. Okay? Both are fascists. And

they don't they're showing it. Mask off. Clearing it clear as day. They don't care

anymore. Nobody thinks for one second it goes, "Hey, you know what? These people in power really working us against one

another for a reason because they're really just bringing this draconian laws, this full-on

totalitarianism where they're going to have total control of all of us through artificial intelligence where words will

be blocked, emails will be blocked, you will be arrested for things you say online, hate speech laws in place.

That's what this is going to allow. That's what AI governance is. It's the tower of babel rebuilt. And if you speak

against it, you will be criminalized for it. This bill that Trump is passing,

this big beautiful bill act is nothing more than a bill that is allowing

artificial intelligence governance to be put in place without the push back of any states on any state level because

the federal government is giving full authority to big tech to these people we didn't vote in. these guys who are

showing up at the White House like Sam Alman and Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates and Elon Musk and they're telling you

out in the open. They're all hanging out around the White House, hanging around Biden, hanging around Trump and they're

go, no one's going, "What are these people doing there?" They run companies and they're just in the White House telling us, "Oh yeah, we're going to

build AI infrastructure." And people just go, "I don't even know what that means." They go, "We got Chad GP. I don't know what that means. I'm trying to process what that means. I'm trying

to process what this means. Oh, we have Tesla robots that are doing household chores getting sold now." And people

going, "Wait, what? What's going on over there?" I'm looking over there and they go, "Oh, by the way, we just passed a bill." You cannot push back against AI

because once you figure it out, you're all going to push back against it. So, we're going to make sure that there's no way to push back against it. This is

Trump bringing in the new world order. Enough of this leftright garbage of

people pushing against one another over gender ideologies and all these common

level basic thinking nonsense that they've gotten people all worked up over because they've convinced one

side media can have anything to do with MK Ultra and the mind control and how they put characters in shows that make

people talk and act a certain way and then they think they have a certain preference in a bedroom and they can't figure out what makes them happy and

what doesn't make them happy. Then the other side gets all irate because they're saying, "Hey, and we're going to push all this stuff on your kids." And

they go, "Ah!" down each other's throats. Nobody looks up and goes, "These people really moving us around

like chest pieces." And look at what they're putting in. They're putting in a full-on surveillance state. They're telling you they're going to protect us

from missiles that are coming in from Russia and China and call it a golden dome. Huh? Telling us all of this stuff with

AI. It's to protect us. It's for the betterment of humanity. They can't even explain it to you. They go, "We're going forward with AI, but it's going to

probably wipe out humanity and kill humans at some point. It's going to be able to think for itself, and it's going

to take all your jobs." And we're sitting there listening to it and doing nothing. They literally sit on TV. Bill

Gates, there's no need for humans anymore. And we go, "Excuse me?" No, no, nobody does that. What do What do the

sheep do? They applaud. They applaud. Everyone's talking about AI and that's

that's a big topic. Everyone's going to take over. it's bad or it's good or we don't know. The era that we're just

starting is that intelligence is rare. a great doctor, a great teacher. The next

decade that will become free, commonplace medical advice, great

tutoring because it solves all these specific problems like we don't have enough doctors or you know, mental

health professionals brings with it kind of so much change. You know, what will

jobs be like that? But I think, you know, it's a little bit unknown. People like, wow, this is this is a bit scary.

Will we still need humans? Uh, not for most things.

He literally talked about depopulation in the talks and people still listen to him like he's some sort of savior. This

dude got kicked out of India and Africa due to his experiments that killed a lot

of children in Africa and India. Okay. I don't know why people

would listen to a guy like him. And he talks about depopulation as

if he has the right to play God with our lives.

ourselves, but in terms of making things and moving things and growing food, uh

over time, those will be basically solved problems. I mean, will we still need humans? Uh not for most things. Uh

entrepreneur John Waltz expected to appear in court today. Accused of kidnapping and torturing a man to steal

his Bitcoin password. But Waltz waving his appearance at the last minute. His lawyer taking no questions. I have no

comment about the case. Dubbed the crypto king of Kentucky, Walt's now facing charges of kidnapping, assault,

and unlawful imprisonment. He has not yet entered a plea of these charges. Overnight, a second suspect,

32year-old crypto investor Willy, also facing a judge after turning himself. He

also faces kidnapping, assault, and unlawful imprisonment charges, but did not enter a plea. All this to get to get

at crypto. Why not just get a job, man? open up a business with your

own with your own brain and your own two hands. You guys wanted to kidnap some

guy, torture him for the passcode. Like he was really going to give you those passcodes, then you let him go get the

Prosecutors revealing new details about what they say went on in that multi-million dollar Soho townhouse.

Court documents say a 28-year-old man was allegedly tortured there for more than two weeks, lured from Italy under

threats that his family would be killed. According to court documents, the victim, possibly a former business

partner, was threatened, stripped of his passport and devices, then beaten, shocked, cut with a saw, forced to smoke

cocaine, even dangled over a staircase, told to give up his Bitcoin password or

be killed. The victim escaping after telling his capttors he would go get his laptop and give up the password, but

running outside instead, according to court documents. Inside that house, authorities say they found disturbing

evidence, including a saw, drugs, night vision goggles, body armor, photos of

the alleged victim with a gun pointed at his head, and blood in multiple rooms.

Attorneys for both suspects had no comment when contacted by ABC.

tortured for weeks inside this luxury Manhattan townhouse. Why did you do it? Why did you do it? Who helped you?

32-year-old crypto investor William Duplesy turning himself in early this morning.

37year-old John Waltz, another crypto investor, was arrested Friday, brought out of that townhouse by police barefoot

and in a bathrobe. Waltz charged with kidnapping, assault, and criminal possession of a firearm. The alleged

victim, a 28-year-old Italian national, telling authorities his capttors took his passport, tied him up. Italian

national, that's really going to go well in court. These guys are going to be doing the double digits in

prison. Double digits. they're not they're probably getting life. There is no easy way to get money.

There is no easy way. I don't care if you do it legally or illegally. It's it's still hard. And the legal way is

better. You don't have to worry about going to prison and being some dude's

boyfriend. Okay? Or being prostituted in prison. Okay? This crypto thing, I mean,

and it looks kind of shady. It's gambling. It's really gambling. All

right. And the risk is way outweighs the reward most of the

time. It's better to get a job, two jobs, go to school, get a trade, and try

to even get your own business going with those skills you get. This isn't worth

it. And demanded his Bitcoin password. When he refused, he says the suspects shocked

him with electric wires, beat him with a firearm, and dangled him over a ledge, threatened to kill him if he didn't

share the password. After nearly 3 weeks, the victim says he agreed

password, but was able to make a daring escape when the suspects went to retrieve his laptop.

Sometimes this sounds like something out of uh what was that? That movie, The Hangover. Anybody remember The Hangover?

Bunch of four dudes going to Vegas or going to Thailand and they were just having these crazy adventures. Sounds

like that except this is you know this is has a really bad ending. Barefoot and

bleeding was able to flag down an officer nearby. David the victim was hospitalized with wrist injuries

consistent with being bound and cuts to his face. Waltz is scheduled back in court tomorrow and is being held without

bail. Lawyers for both suspects are not commenting.

festival. The event took place at the downtown Las Vegas Event Center in

Nevada as accesses such as Flag, Social Distortion, and Power Trip, The Interruptors, Peter Hook, and The Light,

The Damned, and more played for the audience over the holiday weekend. At one point during the festivals, a

bearded man who made his presence felt to to the audience around him by supporting by sporting an orange t-shirt

that bore the Nazi SS logo on it. The SS logo, the SS lightning balls are often

used as what neo-Nazi symbols is that is derived from sitel of the sit staff of

Nazi Germany. The SS maintained a police state in Nazi Germany during Hitler's rule and frequently included members of

the Gestapo and AR armed soldiers and guards at the concentration death camps that would carry out murders of European

Jews and other racial enemies without regard for legal restraint. As you can see in the video, a crowd begins to form

around the man as flag featuring the original and classic members of Black Flag played in the background. While

security is there to intervene, the man begins walking backwards facing the crowd who make sure that he is escorted

to the event. Out of the event, members of the crowd attempting to remove him by can be heard yelling, "Get out of here.

Get out of my um you know scene." No Nazis at multiple points. punches fly

and connect where in one moment the man is physically pushed and falls to the ground. Not in our house, noted one

account that shared the video on Instagram. By the end of the clip, you see the man being led out of by security

as one attendee continues to yell at him. Another security person holds the court goer

back. Yeah, cuz it's not worth going to jail. It's not. These people are

voices heard. Today's protests outside San Francisco's immigration courouses in response to what attorneys are calling

an unprecedented move by f detaining people who are trying to follow the rules. NBC Bay Area Senator Cano was

Okay. One day after ICE agents detained people showing up for their court dates, dozens of demonstrators were there

making their voices heard. Today's protests outside San Francisco's immigration courthouse is in response to

what attorneys are calling an unprecedented move by federal agents, detaining people who are trying to

follow the rules. NBC Bay Area Cano was among our team of reporters who witnessed those detentions yesterday and

he has today's followup. We are not going to leave you alone. We will not abandon any of our immigrant brothers and sisters.

The rally outside immigration court in downtown San Francisco is a show of solidarity and an impromptu legal clinic

for anyone trying to access yesterday here at the immigration

courts in San Francisco and for others at the immigration court and conquered. They want to instill fear. so that

people don't show up to their court hearings, which then means that they will be ordered removed in their absence. During today's rally, there

were some families who showed up for court and asked people assembled outside if any ICE agents had been seen today.

We've been monitoring the immigration courts here today and have not seen any ICE agents during the morning session or

the afternoon session. Immigrant rights advocates in conquered say they have seen agents there, but have not

witnessed any detentions. Attorneys say ICE agents at the courts are not just intimidating, but they're concerned that

some people seem to be detained even after having a successful hearing before a judge. It's very concerning. It's

attack on due process. It's an attack on the constitution. It's attack I say follow the money. What could possibly be

a reason? Money is the only thing I could see right here. Why would you lock up a person that goes to their hearings,

is doing things the proper way, and you want to lock them up? Money. You probably have them

working in a private prison somewhere.

An attack on the rule of law. Millie Atkinson is with the coalition of legal groups that offer free legal

representation to people at immigration courts. They've been monitoring the progress of the four men we saw get

detained here yesterday. She says all four are residents of Santa Clara County. after being detained in San

Francisco and processed here. She says they were sent to a privately run detention center hundreds of miles away

in McFarland, California. We reached out to the Department of Homeland Security for any details on their detentions. A

spokesperson did not offer any information and instead referred to a prepared statement which reads in part,

"Most people who arrived in the United States in the last two years can be subject to expedited removals."
